Our entire staff is dedicated to helping clients with their legal matters. I have practiced law for almost 30 years.  My practice is civil litigation in California state and federal courts, trial courts and appellate courts.  My practice emphasizes advising and representing clients in prosecuting claims against lawyers and law firms for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duties, malicious prosecution, and related claims and torts.  I also represent clients in fee disputes and fee arbitrations with lawyers and law firms.  I do not do medical malpractice but occasionally I have represented clients in disputes and claims against non-medical professionals such as: real estate agents and brokers; financial planners and advisors; insurance agents and brokers; stock brokers.  I have a small but growing number of small business clients for whom I render general legal advice and counsel, document transactions (contracts and business formations/separations); and defense of claims and litigation against my small business clients.
